We lost two of the kittens this morning. This sucks. They don’t know what was wrong with them but they’re on antibiotics and fluids. I spent the whole morning holding one of them trying to bring his body temperature back up but he didn’t make it. He was the healthiest one yesterday. The one who was throwing up and the one with diarrhea are still active.

Things just take them so quick. Why are people so stupid and take kittens away from their mother? There is never an excuse for it. If you don’t want them, tough. They must be with their mother for at least two months or they can die really suddenly and horribly, and if you’re the one who took them away from a healthy mother then you killed them. And you’re an awful person and you should be ashamed of yourself. Kittens whose mother has died are one thing, but you can’t assume they’re abandoned, and you can’t take them away because you’re worried they’ll be feral, they can still be removed at 2 months and get homes, it is okay. You can watch a litter to see if they’ve been abandoned, but you can’t just scoop them up and take them away. Worse, if your cat has a litter and you don’t want them then you’re as good as drowning them if you don’t wait for them to be adoptable age before giving them away. 

Seriously, I hate people for being so fucking stupid.
